Good Morning Everybody!


This morning I have decided to do a post and the items come from Aerie by American Eagle and Pink by Victoria Secret. 


The first 3 items I will mention are these bras. 


The yellow one, is my favorite because of the color, that sucker caught my eye from the door way and of course I tried it on and it was perfect. Oh and it was a new bra that had just enter Aerie's round up of other bra's they already sell. I wasn't expecting to much greatness out of it because it seemed it would be too much padding but nope perfect. It definitely left in my hand from the dressing room to the cash counter and out the door way. The name of this bra is Maddie. 


The white with colorful leopard print is from PINK by Victoria Secret. I did not try on that bra, because I already have either one or two in the Heartbreaker style when it first came out and really loved it. There was no need for me to try on this one, but it definitely is good for your low cut v-neck shirts. 

The third bra is the newest collection of bras from Aerie called the Concert bras. I tried on a couple different styles and lace bandeaus but I ended up with this one and it's very very comfy.  The straps can come off to wear it straps and it's just perfect to wear under a low cut tank, so you can have the lace peek through with a little bit of the print as well. It also came in blue, however I was definite on my choice. This bra is called Concert Bra Bandeau.

Lastly to this addition is the undies, you never can enough cute styles, patterns and prints. These ones are all from Pink by Victoria Secret.

Summer Shorts = Cloud 9

Good Afternoon/Evening-ish!

I popped into a couple of stores today after work, because I needed to pick up a couple of things. However, my purchases that I made today where things I have been eyeing for a while and never bother to try on or seen in the window display. Well to my very good eye on the items I knew would rock, definitely did! It's always good to take that double check to try it on. I ended up with a new romper shorts, I loove the print it's just perfect! I also ended up getting 2 pair of shorts, ha! I swear I don't know how many I have gotten already, but all I know is that I am really excited for summer. I keep finding really cute summery things and so today I am choosing to show all the lovely shorts I have compiled over the last couple of months onto this post today. What a perfect day for this, because it is so sunny minus the wind.  I hope you enjoy! The shorts come from various stores just to mention : American Eagle, Garage and Pink by Victoria Secret. I don't know why I am so excited for summer this year but I am and finding cute clothes makes it even more exciting!! 

Nail Shapes

Good Morning!

I was thinking about this tonight but also have been seeing it around on celebrities and I have seen some girls at work with the pointy-roundish nail shape and think it's cool! My nails are the good old square shape, but I have been thinking and liking a change in the nail shape department. I really want to change my nail shape to a new shape style that I haven't had before. I just want to do something different and I also think it gives you more room to do designs on your nails compared to the square shape. Here are some examples of nail shapes a.) pointy stiletto nail b.) short and sweet c.) squoval these are the more fancier names and the shape seen on a lot of different celebrities, depending on personality. Another cool thing that I was finding will looking up nail shapes was how your nail shape can tell your personality and I never even was aware of that aspect. I heard of other things to tell your personality but for nails was my first time and thought it was very interesting. 


For the general over view of nail shapes you can select are: 1. oval 2. square 3. pointed 4. squoval 5. round . 

  

These nail examples are the ones that grab my attention that I would like to change my shape to. I have had squared and squoval nails for such a long time, so I think it would be neat for a change to do something out of the ordinary. 

Girl Run that Show

Good Morning!!

Yes, today is the day for another edition for this week! I know it's earlier today than most other times I believe. I give that a yaay! ?? 


1. I had an interview this week. I think I did fairly well, but even if I don't get it there is another round within six months to a year to reapply. However, I probably won't try again in that time frame because if I don't get it this time as I told my friend God has something better planned for me. =)


2. imkristen posted her part six to her lovely love story, which I am utterly addicted too!! I get so excited that it makes me scream but of course inside, because when I saw part six it was really late in the morning (1 am to be exact).


3. I found some goodies twice this week while at the malls. I wasn't particularly looking for anything other than, really a blazer. When it comes to those I am so picky! I did manage to find one and I wish I had the blazer before.. but oh well I have it now and can wear it whenever I want! =)


4. My mountain pile of items to post on my blog is absolutely insane! I mean insane, once I am done I can never let it get this far again! It's out of control and trying to remember all the items I got here and there! It's literally a full time job just trying to figure it out!! 


5. This baby is so so so so adorable! I read this post this morning and I am in complete love with the photos of little Eleanor! Seriously, isn't she so cute!! ? 

6. Monday was my little nieces birthday, she turned 2! I couldn't go to her birthday party Sunday since I had to work/work meeting that day, tear. I definitely got her a present and of course some things I gave a little early, because I couldn't resist. Yeah I am a sucker to see her all excited!! =) I still owe her one more toy that I want to get her and it's late but I haven't had time to check if toys r us has it, but she love fijit's! Now they have these new ones called fijit friends and of course when I had looked at Walmart and Zellers before her birthday came around they didn't have it. So my last option is toys r us! Cross my fingers I find it. It's so cute to see her all excited when she sees a video of them on youtube. I will add a photo for those that don't know what I am talking about.

8. Sunday compiled my end of the night with watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which I love having conversation with my friend as to what is happening via text! It is so fun and especially when one text and I was just going to message you!! i loove that! 


9. I am addicted to Giuliana & Bill, I knew she did E! but I never knew about the show or nothing and I know I know.. that's insane to believe but it's true. I would like to watch from season 1 to understand the past stuff but I started viewing season 5 and wow! I love the show and them, they're just a adorable, sweet, caring couple who always give some laughs! I love there jokes. If you haven't seen the show, definitely recommend you watch it!! It is utterly amazing! 


10. I am excited for monday, I know I am getting ahead but heeelllo!!! Luke Bryan is going to be on The Bachelorette Emily and that's to die for! 


11. There have been a couple of looks that I have liked, no like is an understatement, thought looked smokin' hot like japleno peppers/bangin' I would rock those outfit looks from these bloggers and just thought I should share! a. sincerlyjules / spot on b. 12. I loved thedaybook's blog post with her jean shirt & hair here in this post this week! I haven't come across a shirt like that when I have been shopping but would really like to add it to my summer wardrobe.

14. This is the second last thing of this week that made me laugh Starbucks Prank Call. 



15. Lastly, I am going to end with this video I found this week. I thought it was so cute, so I wanted to post it on here for you guys to view. And this one too because I was dying in laughter over the butter part, but they have such a cute story for the answers they give. (p.s. - my friend told me about this video so I can't take the credit for finding the second video. Thanks friend. =) )

Current 'Heart Set On'

Good Evening Lovelies!! 


I was planning on showing some of the things I had purchased yesterday and a few items I got today as well after work.  However, I started getting really into all the items I have gotten over a time period adding up and I have a lot of stuff I have not blogged about! I am not even done yet trying to get all the newest pieces photographed to show you guys. It is definitely going to have to take over until tomorrow. I have that much stuff, which I didn't really realize until I started piling it into there collections by store. Don't worry I won't forget about posting some stuff for you lovelies! I know this is way over and long due now. 


I got into looking at some stuff online today after work and I have been honestly eyeing Michael Kors forever! I remember I went to this new mall during back to school I believe, so September 2011. I remember checking out the Michael Kors store there and wanting a bag from there so bad. Well you could only imagine though how packed it was in the Coach store, however nothing really caught my eye for myself but definitely saw something cute for my mom as a gift. I did not end up getting the item I thought looked lovely for my mom, because I was unsure. Anyways..  my point is that these are my current 'Heart Set On' items at the moment and actually for a long while now. I know I should probably get it soon because I keep checking out online every now and again what's new, but in due time. The following below are a few pieces that I like and would love to add to my accessories that I already have. I also think they are versatile pieces to work into different outfits. 


For the choice of the two watches is that I love the color of the Gold Rose, however I don't know if I would wear it as much as the Gold. For the Gold watch I really really love the Romans numerals featured on the watch, that is one thing I have wanted in a watch for the longest time and this gold watch has it! When it comes to the Large tote it.. just is simple, with no logo of the brand all over it. So for me that is a definite handbag I would want in my collection of purses, because it will always, always win every time with any outfit. As for the second one, I think it's very cute, sophisticated and dressy looking. I would use the long strap crossed over my body more than holding the handles. I am not big on handle holding much; I rather have it cross my body or on my shoulder type of deal. I think this bag could definitely work and would get lots of use, and especially because it looks like such a fashionista piece to me as well.

Coincidence or Signs?

Hi Everybody!


How are you all doing? Hopefully great! I wanted to post some stuff tomorrow that I had gotten today but then these weird things keep coming to me all day. I just had to come on here to post about it because I really had to talk about it. (Wow, really odd sentence structure there)


This is my day today, which I woke up early this morning (6:25am to be exact) to get ready for my interview that I had. I wanted to be on time and made sure I had everything together including appearance wise that I had more than enough time to get ready. I definitely gave myself more than enough time and made perfect time. I left my house around 8:15am to get to my interview which was at 9:30am. I surely made it above on time which is good for me, better safe early than sorry late. I got to the place where my interview was being held at 8:55am. I had a little bit of time to spare until the 9:15am mark came around. I just sat in pure calmness, because nothing opened up until 10am. Of course there was second cup right beside me, however I did not want to grab something before going in. I was more focused on being calm and relaxed. Once I went inside at 9:15am because I was early; I had to wait and my interview definitely wasn't at 9:30am. It was definitely probably at 10am because the last time I checked the clock it was 9:45am and I was still waiting to be asked in to be interviewed. I wasn't mad or anything on that aspect, which I am sure some people would be but I was the first interview of the morning, so it's understandable to having to get organized. I am so glad I did some prep work the night before for the interview, that prep work saved my life today! 


After the interview, I then came home and went straight back into my cozy pj's, put on a movie and fell asleep during it. It really only made sense to do that because it was a rainy, gloomy, cloudy day today. It was a perfect day for that even more so, because I didn't have to go into work after my interview. Thank you manager, I loveee you for that! It made my day! =) 


The rest of my day consisted of staying in reading through blogs at around 3:30pm when I woke up. I love when I find great exciting posts, because it makes me so excited that I am literally jumping inside!! The best part of my day not only today but always is the awesome conversation I always have with my friend Cristina. She is so amazing! I was honestly thinking today again how I am so glad that I have her because all the cool topics and stuff we share with each other is great. It's great because when I look back I honestly didn't have that for a time period. And life wasn't that grand or great as now to have someone like her to share cool stories, ideas, thoughts, life, dreams.. pretty well anything. I am so so so unbelievable grateful to God for one. Second for in myself of always being opposite of others and doing what I want and not what others think even though I am total accepting of there point of view. Sometimes, the inner feeling inside knows best and I can't deny that I never thought about this friendship at all at least once ever so often when I just stopped communicating. I am honestly grateful without a doubt for a second chance truly from the bottom of my heart and not only that but God honestly knew better than I did that I needed someone like her in my life. He knew because when she wasn't, my life wasn't as spectacular as it is now. 


The above was my detailed day but why I really came on here was to mention all these coincidences, signs or whatever one wants to call them just coming out of nowhere from left field in my eyes. It seemed so weird but I know at the same time it isn't something to consider weird most likely. The following was a list of things that had come about to me today starting from 12am or 1am this morning. Yes, I was up that late and got up early for my interview. =)


- A blog post I had been waiting to see the photos from a shoot done last week posted.
- Part six of Oh My My My posted and oh boy was I ever screaming excited of course inside because it was 1am when I saw that post. I knew I couldn't stay up to read it because it is pretty long but even so I told myself after my interview, didn't happen. And still hasn't happened but I am going to get onto reading it as soon as I post this before I go to bed. 
- My all time dream vehicle as we were driving which is very rare to see this type Mercedes Benz G500 . My dream SUV to honestly die for!! 
- A very interesting post not that long ago today about something I had talk to Cristina about on Sunday. To see something posted about that of someone else, oh my I definitely told her right away! It's not very often I see or hear about that subject from people, so of course I was speedy immediate text to get her to check it out! 
- The amazing video I came across of this couple that.. oh my they're super cute, funny, full of life and laughter. 

It was weird in the sense that it was like being given signs into things that I can have in life or things I need to get in order to get those things in my life. I think ultimately though is was signs of hard-work and putting yourself out there and taking risks can achieve the greatness beyond the potential I see now. However, I know also that I had a definite angel by my side today, because things like this just don't happen or come out of nowhere all in a row like that ever. I honestly know my grandpa was there with me today and that may be his way of showing things I want that I can have if I just let myself. I know he knows more than I do now that he is in heaven but I also know that he always had so much care about how we were and what we were doing in life. For that I am very appreciative for and sometimes that is taken for granted and not realized until it's too late. For the most part I think that whole part about caring about our daily life's really hit me when I heard those exact words read that very day of his prayers/funeral. It hit home like a home run and it couldn't have rushed faster than it did that day in my heart then that of any other day. Some thing inside struck like a power line falling down across a car.. it still ponders in my mind, because that kind of characteristic of getting to know everyone and everyone knew who my grandpa was and that is very rare for a lot of people to outshine and attract so many good people in life. My grandpa did and that is one thing I will carry with me inside my heart is making effort to know others but also taking the time to allow others to know who I am as well. 


I know I could write more on this but it's a pretty long post and that last bit is getting in to deep and bit more harder to get further into but this was my day. Girl Run that Show

It's Friday night and I decided to come on here to post one of these Friday memos. I wasn't planning on doing this post at all because I was like I don't really have much to say, so I think. Here we go ... 


1. My favorite blogger post from this week that I really liked and the second post after that was from thedaybookblog. I love how she allowed her self to share and be vulnerable and then just her over all thankfulness towards her followers. If you don't know who I am talking about or checked out the post yet and you do follow her here it is : 1. one thing I'm afraid to tell you and 2. thank you . 


2. Another post I enjoy this week was from this photographer Matt Clayton Brandon & Claire (They are so gorgeous and their photos are phenomenal!)  


3. Wednesday was the greatest ever! Going out to dinner with my friend was so fun and our conversation is always a great time. The food was amazing, I really enjoyed what I had  to order which was Rigatoni with Italian Sausage and Red Peppers with a glass of water finished off with chocolate mousse. delicious .. and just typing this makes my mouth drool just thinking about the food I had. (It's so calm, relaxing and I would hands down go back / go on a little date there. Very cute!) p.s. - Thanks again! ;) You're truly so thoughtful, kind and was not expecting that! I owe you. =) 


4. I came across another photographer's(Ciara Richardson) photo session upon my week and thought the photos were so lovely I had to post about it! Brady & Jessica .


5. These past couple of days -- week I have been feeling inspired and full of ideas such to the point all these miraculous things have been falling into place little by little. It's all in the little word that is stuck to me constantly and addicted to my soul and that's believe. I cannot be thankful enough for the things happening right now in my life. I am truly grateful beyond words in every aspect of my life and incredibly, incredibly utmost grateful. 


6. I love how my tasks are surely getting completed and getting taken down. I know when I added all the new ones since I had an almost empty list I felt overwhelmed after a bit having it full. It's slowly but surely getting done, one task at a time though. =)


7. All my season shows are over now that it's summer time. I am excited for The Bachelorette on Mondays! Oh and I already made my list of guys from the meet and greet which I made a post about. click here to read. (I really love Jef!) p.s. - Emily is so gorgeously beautiful and her daughter is just as cute as pie. 


8. My final photographer session that I came across was from today, actually not that long ago did I see the post before I decided to come on here. I think the photos are cute and thought I should share these also by The Grover's Stephanie & Jon .


9. I swear this is the last mention of another person on a blog post they did. But I cannot help but not mention them. Their post was inspiring but also the one thing that stuck out was the word magnetic. It stuck out because of how they talked about the not caring aspect and not many people can pull that off well. The way she talks about Promise it's an inspiration because very few people hold that affect of being magnetic. (I think what really resonates with me out of this whole thing is just being you and doing you. Giving your all, working hard but ultimately just letting yourself be free.) I think why it hits home also though is how I've been told I seem so laid back and don't care about what others think, I just do me. But really I do just do me. When I really think about it that's all I can do in this life time is do me. Of course I am going to evolve but those are because of lessons, experiences, being open, being loved along with accepting love and the will to want to be better, to succeed, be determined, inspired but most of all the simple thing that holds it all in every aspect is belief. 


10. The little thing that has run across my mind I believe actually was Wednesday night when I was going home was how I am so absolutely unbelievably grateful for the close friends and family that I have. I truly treasure that aspect in my life a lot this year more and more. The closeness, I really enjoy that feeling, because I know what the feeling of not accepting the love and everything beautiful in life from others. But oh boy does being accepting of things, more specifically love which everything else leads into life feel really great. There is so much out there in the universe, there is so much to receive and I am truly new york city lights grateful.


11. I wanted to mention this a while ago but didn't feel in the mood for these posts but imkristen added the 5th edition to her Oh My My My | Part 5 for those that have read the last couple of ones from the beginning. I thought I should mention this tid bit. 


12. This song has been on repeat all night to night, I just love her from day one! I have all her albums, but her latest record has this track of hers in my ears playing on repeat all night, even well I was writing this post. Keshia Chante - Hang My Jersey Up. (It's such a siccck song and she has dope style!) She's definitely someone with some amazing authenticity to look up too in life. 



13. Punk'd with Miley Cyrus getting her boyfriend, yep was good! Just sayin' :p

Summer Time Television

Of course I already had my list of guys but it's only the meet and greet, so it could change by next episode. High Of Plus Twenty And No Skies Of Gray !

Hello Sunny Evening!! 

I have been wanting to blog for a few days now, because I've felt inspired and in that mood of greatness when it comes to my blog. Today, has just been an eventfully day at work that I could not come home and not blog. I just had to get up a post since I took a mini break from here. I am just super excited and everything, so I will just talk about  some different things on here today! I hope those that have been coming back and seeing nothing have something to read today! 


What am I going to start off with...? I have so many thoughts, ideas and things processing through my mind and running things I want to mention. I will start off with a new look I am going to aim for this summer with my hair and that is the fishtail braid! I finally got it tried out today for work because I wanted something quick but nice. The fishtail worked it's magic for me today, because everyone liked it and second it always looked complicated to me but then I always watched the videos for the five stranded braid. I saw a video yesterday and was like, oh my that is so easy and waa laa it was my go to look for work today! I always do the high top bun thing and I just think it's time for something else to run it's course through my hair more regularly. My new choice of style for a bit I think but I do hope to include more styles for this summer to change up my hair look. For those that don't know how to do a fishtail braid I will add a video here to watch that I used. The tutorial starts at 1:40, just so you're not wasting time. =)

 Today was a day of flip flops also for work and I was in love, because I never get to wear them ever! I am always doing a job at work where I am unable to wear flip flops to work. It was a definite grateful moment for that today! These are the exact ones I wore today too! Oh pinterest, you just made my life that much easier, thanks!

Another thing is that I do have pinterest for those who would like to follow or look at my boards of pins! I do not have any looks of mine on there just to warn you, if that is one thing you are looking for. My Pinterest. I always hear about my pinning at work because I have so many pins! My favorite pins are the ones I found on the internet last night and went through all 255 pages to view all the different things of 'before i die - bucket list'. I think that is a really great interesting thing, because it gave me so much inspiration, motivation and things that I want to do but don't fully remember on my goals list. 


I hope everyone enjoyed the post I did last month from the magic! I will be updating some of those with my responses because some I just didn't write down and others there is just no way to write out anything. I will mention when I update the ones that don't have responses included. Look out for that, I will have the one about a negative situation response posted up by tomorrow for those wanting to go back.


Another moment that I had last week or so was with my friends, they are absolutely incredible! I always have amazing conversation whether it's something stressful or not or just to vent.. the conversation is always great! My favorite moment was something to do with having a boyfriend / getting in engaged and how telling would make sense and stuff of that matter. I can admittedly say in the past I was like yeah, no I am not telling. My family okay, the people who were my friend at the time no, because to me it didn't make sense to. It seemed a waste to especially if it didn't work-out etc. Now where I am at the point in my life and the things that have happened. I would tell my great friends that I have now.. I would without a doubt tell them, introduce them and everything! I would want them to know, it makes sense too also because I know, met, hear and talk about their significant other with them, so it would be totally unfair if I didn't do the same. Obviously there was more to the conversation but in brief is my thoughts and what I would do and would want to do. And oh yes, especially if I get engaged or married because I would want them at my wedding, no I would want them IN my wedding! Then of course when it came to be pregnant, yes.. I would let them know again. Enough about that stuff.. 


I also enjoyed spending time with my one friend, hanging out and doing some shopping before heading to see 'The Lucky' again for my second time, her third. But damn Zac Efron is smokin' gorgeous! 


I am going to leave this post with this, because it's so much writing. Do be on the look-out for new stuff and things I have gotten. I have accumulated so much new items that need to be blogged and older older items that I need to blog and just haven't but I really should. I am really going to try to post for this month as often as I can, when I have time. I am really hoping to do some more fun'er posts coming up in June. More on that when it comes closer to the time. As for now, have a wonderful rest of the night with the beautiful sun!
